Terms & Conditions:

Mental Engine Clothing  is a business located in England, United Kingdom and is part of the Seven Peaches Media Company. Mental Engine  Clothing complies with UK consumer law, including Distance Selling Regulations. This  means you're safe if you shop with us. This web site belongs to Mental Engine Clothing. Please take the time to read carefully the following terms and conditions. By using this website you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.

Copyright:
All copyright, design rights and all other intellectual property rights in and to this website and its content belong to Mental Engine Clothing. Any person or buisness / company found using images, designs or other Iterllectual property owned by Mental Engine Clothing to sell and gain profit from them via digital or phisical products will be told to cease production and selling of these iteams, unless previously agreed by Mental Engine Clothing in writing. If found selling these products without permission, then Mental Engine Clothing will seek leagal action against said person or business / company. 

Print colours:
Whilst we try our utmost  to make sure that one print run to another is exactly the same, please be aware that between runs the ink colour may change very slightly due to technical difficuties beyond human skills. 

Orders and Deliveries:
Please allow one to five working days for your delivery within the UK.
Delivery times may be altered during certain busy periods. All goods to be delivered within the UK via Royal Mail or  other well established couriers. It is a Company policy to confirm the name of the addressee and the destination address if different to registered. We may need to contact you in order to do so. For security purposes, all unusually high orders, in value or quantity, will have to be verified. We may contact you and your credit provider.

If you place an order with us and then refuse the package upon delivery, all further orders placed by you will be cancelled.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time and refund the card holder if we have been advised that the card use has not been authorised and the order does not comply with our Terms & Conditions as well as, but not exclusively, for security reasons.

Postage and Packaging:
All goods are suitably packed in protective wrapping or a box. The postage charge will appear on your screen as you go through the ordering stages of the purchase, and will depend on the weight of the package and destination (i.e other countries). Some deliveries will require a signature on receipt.

Returns and Refunds:
We always check your goods for quality before dispatching them. Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange the item (terms & conditions apply) less postage and packaging, providing that you return the goods to us within 21 days of receiving your order from Mental Engine Clothing. Exchange will be made only if the original receipt is included with the goods returned. For items found to be faulty, full refund, replacement or exchange will be given. The replacement or exchange will be sent to you free of p&p. We reserve the right to inspect the goods before such refund, replacement or exchange can be given and to refuse it if the goods have been damaged by misuse. Refunds can be made only to the original purchaser (the receipt must be included with the returned goods). Goods damaged in transit will be replaced and sent to you free of p&p charge. However, we must be notified within 48 hours from the time you have received your goods. If we cannot provide the replacement, a full refund will be given. Our goods are guaranteed against manufacturing faults but not misuse. Items that have been altered in any way, damaged by misuse or show signs of wear, cannot be accepted for return, credit or exchange. Improperly packed and incomplete returns will be returned to the sender.

The refund, exchange or replacement can only be given once we receive the goods back from you.

We recommend that you send your returns insured using Recorded or Special Delivery Service. Our guarantee is in addition to your Statutory Consumer Rights.

Applicable Law
English law governs these terms and conditions and you agree that any dispute between us in relation thereto shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
